The Tom Nyumah incidence is still under investigation but the police in Bo is unequivocal on its present findings: there wasn’t an assassination attempt at all. And, the police has charged the APC thugs who beat Tom Nyumah to near death with felony amongst others. Felony by the English dictionary is a class of crimes including murder, wounding, arson, rape etc. Now if you want to argue it lawyerly, the APC Ernest Koroma could be arraigned before court for accomplice to attempted murder. He is directly responsible for the behaviour of his security personnel, you will agree with me.
Mr. Koroma nevertheless, still arrogates that Nyumah wanted to kill him, albeit Nyumah regards him as a family friend. The Bo police says that the APC has not provided evidence to substantiate their accusation. Of course they don’t have any; if they had, we all know they would have presented it that morning the investigation started.
If we want to be reminiscent of the APC strategies of hooking on to political power, we will easily note that they bragged of “99” devilish ways of political hooliganism and terrorism. But those were the strategies of the APC of yesteryears. However, it seems the “new APC” is hanging on to the same inimical and diabolic methods. The mistake of the APC Ernest Koroma and menagerie is that they have forgotten that those 99 APC strategies were exhausted by Siaka Stevens and Major General Momoh. They have nothing more left. They should remember that Sierra Leone is a state of rule and law now and that the Sierra Leone people do not succumb to intimidation.
As the police investigation unravels the real intent of the APC in relation to the August 11 elections, Sierra Leone must stay focused; the power hungry APC will not stop at anything to see them ascend back to power.

Wrong.
That is not what the law says. Under the law (not to be confused with SLPP stupidity), an employer is ONLY responsible for an employee's actions under specific circumstances.
Unless you can prove that those particular circumstances existed between Koroma and his alleged employees, you would be as good a lawyer in court against Koroma as your leader, the useless Tejan Kabbah, was in bringing light and food to the people of Salone during his ten years of destruction of the lives of the people of Salone.

Food imports are keeping Sierra Leone from realising agricultural self-sufficiency and meeting the Millennium Development Goal of eradicating hunger by 2015, experts say. In a country where 80 percent of food is imported, mostly from the USA and Europe, the local agricultural industry is feeble and local farmers struggle to compete.
"Sierra Leone faces a huge dependency on food importation, irrespective of the country's potential for agricultural production," Tennyson Williams, country director for non-governmental organisation (NGO) ActionAid, told IRIN.
According to ActionAid, of the 780,000 hectares of available farmland in Sierra Leone, only 15 percent is being used for food production. The National Farmers' Association of Sierra Leone has called on the government to help improve capacity to produce food locally.
ActionAid says a reduction of hunger in Sierra Leone can be brought about only by an increase in national agricultural productivity. The answer to hunger eradication lies in increased support for local farmers and not in "support of multinational companies; promotion of trade liberalisation and opening up countries for dumping of farm products from highly subsided farmers from the north", the group says.
Wasted potential
According to Williams, the potential for local production is far greater than what is being realised at present. "With sufficient support and training, local agriculture could feed those going hungry in Sierra Leone," he said. "The importing of food is cutting away at valuable livelihoods. If agricultural capacity was increased, it would create jobs, income and increased access to food."
Williams said local crops are of higher quality than those being imported from Europe and North America. "Local rice is much better than imported rice; it is higher in nutritional value and more disease resistant. Yet the country continues to eat rice from outside its borders." Rice and chickens make up the bulk of food imports.
According to the UN Food and Agricultural Organisation, 80 percent of Sierra Leoneans live in poverty and most households do not have access to sufficient food.
ActionAid's HungerFree Sierra Leone campaign, launched in the first week of July as part of a global effort to force governments to keep their pledges to cut world hunger in half by 2015, recommends that countries be given support to help them boost domestic agriculture.
The World Food Programme (WFP) also supports local capacity building efforts. WFP regional public affairs officer for West Africa, Marcus Prior, said: "WFP, whilst prioritizing deliveries for people who would otherwise go to bed hungry, is also working with farmers to help rehabilitate agricultural land and infrastructure as part of our efforts to contribute to the immediate as well as more long term recovery of the country…The nation's farmers are the country's food security."
Unmet goals

The Honorable Fatmata Hassans culpability as an accomplice before during and after the fact is glaring for all to see. That she has not been charged with any crimes by the slpp government of which she is a parliamentary representative, is not an anomaly under the present SLPP administered justice system.
I was at the Coroners Inquest and listened to the evidence on all the days. I was also present when the honorable Hassans mercedes Benz vehicle had its tyres flattened for seizure to satisfy another court judgement.
You have attempted, by the questions you raised, to further pervert justice. You are a very intelligent brother but please dont try to pull the wool over our eyes. You show us no resperct when you try to do that. The law is clear on the issue of murder or manslaughter. In this case I would argue for murder and argue that although the killing did not occur with intent to kill, yet that intent to kill can be presumed from all the facts and circumstances, ie: There was an intent to commit greivious bodily harm, and a recless disregard for the consequences of their conduct. all of these facts give rise to a potential charge for murder against the children of the SLPP "dis"honorable and a charge for being an accomplice to the underlying crims, against the "dis" honorable slpp parliamentarian, both of which charges are first class felonies punidhable by death or imprisonment for a set number of years.
I was once informed that the government of sierra leone through its minister of "in"Justice has asked the British Government for the extradition of the children of the the SLPP "Dis"honorable. I wonder what happened to that request for extradition? has it been shelved by FM carew the Minister of "In"Justice or is the British Government silently in collusion with the SLPP government and refusing to turn these criminals and vagabonds to the government of sierra leone?

I am not in exile! I left Sierra leone on the 17 march 1988. I saw no hope or future for the young minds then. I decided to find a way out as I was always in trouble with your APC elites. The could not stomach thetruth and always placing me in lock-ups. No law was there to help understand my grievances. I left Nouakchott because I was told that you could get $300.00 per month and you do not have to pay for bed and board. That was my reason to initially join the Asaba group. Yes, on leaving Sierra leone, i had the intention of training to be a fighter pilot and some day return to avenge my people whom your APC prejudicially terminated their lives. Like I said in my previous post, that revenge thing in my mind was taken away by the Good Lord who showed me that vengence was his and not any man's. my idea of revenge faded away and all i wanted was to have the wisdom and economic freedom to transplant that which I saw during my travels.
The APC knew what was happening in Libya and Cassamance. I still remember, during the mauritania civil strife of 1989, a plane - I think it was UTA - came to evacuate many Sierra Leoneans most of whom had just returned from Asaba. i did not return as I rejected the idea of going back to a place of 'NO HOPE UNDER THE APC'. They plane took off from Nouakchott and landed at Lungi. Weeks later some of the people who had left came back to mauritania telling us what your government was doing. I remember, a guy who told me he went to Pa bambay and told him that they have to do something as our sierra leonean boys were in the libyan legion suffering. he said they ignored him. how can you talk to someone who does not listen.
On my arrival in London on the 27 march 1990, I published a lot of leaflets that I circulated informing all about what our young people were going through. I only met one of the guys in London. he continued dressing the way we used to dress and I believe he was asked to leave the UK.
i had an ambition and that was not to boot out APC by force but to lobby the House of Commons to take the issue seriously.
APC is not all inclusive. During the times i am talking about it was a ONE PART STATE and no other party existed. My bone was the slow destruction of the country we all so loved that made those who are worldly accepted everywhere the went.
I will not run away from the APC! When I left it was on the advise of so many peopl as they saw that the challenges I was mounting will get me into more trouble and would eventually lead to the loss of my life.
I have no bad mind for the APC! It is the actions of certain individuals, who put their interests above the nation's that hurt me. It is the same with my party. i was and have never been happy with pa kabbah! the only consolation is the fact that he made a choice that is the best for sierra leone - that of Berewa's. My prayer is that Solo b will fullfil his desire to leave a legacy of honourable and noble citizens. I trust he will. I know President kabbah regrets to this day the chances he'd miss to have left a legacy of a calm, noble and honourable men and women.
i am a proactive character and that is why I am gifted to see disaster before it comes. Ernest is not in control and most of you guys on this form do not know that. Ernest is very impetuous! Do you know who first brough ernest into this new APC fold? It was something I criticised as i wanted an effective opposition. There are people toying with your lives and you think you are supporting a just cause. In my life time, i have learnt so many ways to survive and help those who want help to make it impossible for anyone, who has been a particpant observer in my playing field, to be bought.
I am fearless and death, i have seen many times, could not take me. When God has a hand on you, nothing can contaminate you.
The only reason i hang around now is to see our country regains its beauty for my children to see and contribute in its future development.

Let us pray that we have a leader who thinks about 20, 50, or more years of developmental plans that will benifit the country and not one who thinks that there is no need planing for the next 100 years, since we are ok for now. I always reflect on Southern California, especially Los Angeles. Los Angeles is a desert. However, with the vision of previous leaders, constant supply of "water and power" drew many businesses to make it what it is tody. More than 100 years ago, the Los Angeles river was the only source of water a low population. Nevertheless, visionary leaders were able to plan for today 100 years back, by constructing aquaducts from the Dalta on the Western Sierra, the Los Angeles Aquaduct from the Eastern Sierra (owens vally)and Colorado River Aquaduct from Colorado river. With less and less rain today, there is still water. We have many rivers in Sierra Leone. Once we have a steady supply of clean drinkable water and hydropower, less curruption and patriotic civil servants, investors will flock into Sierra Leone. We don't even have to invite them, once the infrastrucures are in place. Rural electrification and good road network.

You are right in your own way but I don't cast my vote because of the paries capabilty of wining the election. I do not follow easily like that. Even if my vote is not with the majority, but as long as my gut feeling is satisfied. That is what is exactly hapening even in the USA; either Democrats or Republican and that is why politicians do what they do. People vote a party because it is the lesser of two evils. When the party get elected, the country is back to square one or progresses at a snail pace.

Well! Most of the other Parties do not have the Organisational capability to mature into a Party competitive enough to make any dent in the support base of the APC and the SLPP, hence they,after few years fold up and or merge into one of these parties( APC or SLPP).
Currently there are a lot of political parties in salone but only a handful could contest both the parliamentary and Presidential elections. WHY? Because they are BROKE.

There was no attempted assasination on Ernest Koroma. Also, the police force is not partial that is why your candidate Ernest Koroma summoned them to the hotel in the first place, when he thought that the situation that he had instigated was getting out of control.
The police are operating on the basis of the evidence collected on the crime scene i.e. the RUF murderer Idrissa Koroma acting as Ernest Koroma's most trusted bodyguard assaulted innocent Tom Nyuma with the intent to murder. Do you think it is justice to also arrest the victim in this case? 3.COLONEL TOM NYUMAN,FALLER SAWAY,IDRISS KAMARA(CURRENTLY LIVING SOMEWHERE IN USA)COLONEL GLOVER AND SOME OTHER SENIOR ARMY STAFF WERE TO USE THE MAIN ROAD LEADING FROM WATERLOO TO ATTACK MILE 38.
4.LEADTHERBOOT WHO WAS INITIALLY TOM NYUMAN DRIVER IN THE EARLIAR DAYS OF NPRC EVENTUALLY ENDED UP WITH COLONEL GLOVER.

6.HIS UTTERANCES WERE REALLY NASTY ABOUT TOM.
7.IF TOM WERE IN FREETOWN WHEN AFRC TOOK OVER LEADERBOOT WOULD HAVE PERSONALLY KILLED TOM.

The people of Siera Leone should have listended to Beoku Betts who said of the thief, Kabbah: Once a thief, always a thief. And we all know from his theft of the Libyan rice and other Libyan aidf, that Kabbah proved Beoku Betts right. A thief he was, and a thief he has remained. The SLPP must pay for their impoverishment of the people of Sierra Leone over the past 10 years.
They should be kicked out of power, so the 10-year suffering they have been imposing upon Sierra Leoneans will be brought to an overdue end

About the Libyan rice saga, Are you telling me that Tejan Kabba received the rice from Gaddafi and, out of the goodness of his heart handed it to Ernest Koroma because he heads a parliamentary committee? Do you realize the powerlessness of parliament? Look, Kabba sold that rice and pocketed the change for his retirement'
By the way, Ernest Koroma is not my candidate. I whole-heartedly support Charles Margai. Supporting the APC or SLPP would be like an abused wife who keeps returning to an abusive husband for more slaps. We need a new beginning.

Mammy Sweh, ask Ernest to tell you the truth or call Victor Foe to explain to you what happened. They staged the whole thing and it has backfired on them. Ernest lied and when it was reveled by credible APC members that such never took place, Ernest recanted but said he still cannot rule out an assasination attempt. The force and the international community knows he is lying.
I will not be silent if the SLPP decides to wage a tribal war on innocent and unarmed tribesmen that are not supporting our party.
Berewa, Ernest, margai and pa kabbah were all born like you and I. Providence on their sides, they are today vie for the highest office in the Land.
I have been hurt so much by our lack of progress from even the grassroots that I was to challenge these issues by finding a team that will bring glory to our nation. What happened? I was the only tree that was willing to spend for what I believed in - a tree does not make a forest. A lot went on and I decided that it was best to go back to my party and see if we can help change the way it is run in relation to the national agenda.
